Description   A grease-like silicone material, heavily filled with heat conductive metal oxides. Used as a heat transfer medium in the electrical and electronic industry for facilitating heat dissipation. Withstands high and low temperatures (-65O F to 400O F), water resistant, chemically inactive and hydrolytically stable.
